After sales service For a return request in the event of a breakdown, damaged product or change of mind
Please send us the request after receipt by informing the problem with the product concerned as well as 2 different photos of the product to the email address which is as follows:
After our agreement, we will communicate to you the return address of our after-sales service as well as the other instructions in order to return the package to us at your transport costs.
Once received, our agents will check your product and the new replacement product will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours if it is in stock, then the shipping costs for your first return will be refunded to the bank card account you used when ordering.
However, for a request for reimbursement of your damaged product only and without replacement of the product or any change of mind, you should still return the product(s) concerned to us by following the instructions below within a delay up to 14 days depending on the product and after the date of receipt of your package.
the product will be checked and we will refund your entire purchase on our site (excluding return shipping costs and customs taxes, etc.) within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank.
We process your requests received only on: email@example.com and for all delays, we apply the general conditions of sale on our site
Examples of information that will be requested following our product return authorization:
1/ Send us 2 photos (visible) and/or videos of the product (front and back)

2/ Place & check the presence of the product with all its accessories in the package
3/ Note on the package:

4/ Return the package by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

5/ Inform us by email above THE TRACKING NUMBER (by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt) as well as the name of the carrier
our agents will check the condition of the product and the presence of all accessories
If no anomaly is found,
our agents will validate your return and we will refund your order in full within 5 to 10 working days.
If the instructions are not followed or an oversight on your part, the agents will not be able to validate your request even if they receive your package.
